Studio Collection and Sales to the Public:
Please call or e-mail to purchase the items shown, inquire about commissions, or make an appointment to visit our studio. Look for us at one of the many craft fairs and arts events we attend. You will find the schedule on the News & Events page. Go to the Air Craft section for a list of galleries where you can find Sarena’s work.

Air Craft Vendors:
Call or e-mail for account application. Ordering: Business Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Mountain time, Monday through Thursday. Orders may be submitted by phone or fax. Projecting orders over the entire year will assure their placement in the production schedule. We are happy to assist with this scheduling.

In the Air Craft series there will always be a variety of colors and shapes. This allows each figure to be new to herself. When you order you will receive an assortment of hair color, shapes, colorful fabrics and ethnic diversity. If you have certain colors or shapes that just don't work for you, we will be happy to adjust your order. Of course, there are some images that sell at a faster rate; we can help you make choices based on a good-selling assortment. The flying women will change at times. We will always keep you advised.

Special Orders: Special orders include items with specific requirements of any kind. Special orders are available with 15% added to wholesale price and are preferably part of a $150 reorder. A special order that is not part of a $150 minimum reorder will incur an additional 10% charge. Shipping time on special orders is six weeks. Please call or e-mail for more information.

Shipping: Orders usually ship in two weeks. The packing/shipping charge is 7% of the total invoice (5% for orders over $500, 3% for orders over $1000). We give first priority to accounts that pay on time; we do not ship to accounts with overdue invoices.
